Making lifestyle changes requires not only work but also time and patience. In order to fully address health concerns and for you to see progress, I have designed programs that will set you up for success. In 2022, I will be offering a 12-week program. 12-Week Program to Eating Plant-Based
Wholistically Haley’s 12-week program is focused on addressing one’s individual health challenges and finding and regaining whole body balance. Haley does this all while helping you set goals to improve your overall health and well-being, and providing an environment for empowerment and connection to your mind-body-spirit. This program helps to undercover the root cause of what is holding you back from living to your fullest potential so you can make positive long-lasting behavioral changes.
The program does require a willingness to move towards eating a plant-based diet. Research as shown that a plant-based diet can aid in decreasing inflammation, reducing cardiovascular disease risk, improving kidney function, lowering type 2 diabetes risk, improving gut health, reducing the risk of cognitive impairment and dementia, reducing some types of cancer and many more health related conditions and illnesses.
The 12-week program includes:
- A free 15-minute introduction call to discuss your health goals and for you to share why you’d like to have a health coach.
- The completion of a detailed in-take form where you will share your challenges and current health history.
- Four 45-60 minute virtual coaching sessions throughout the 12-weeks to discuss goals, challenges, progress, and provide time for self-discovery.
- Session follow-ups with resources, tip sheets, meal plans, goal sets, etc. to help you move forward as you reach your goals.
- Weekly check-ins to asses progress and for Haley to provide additional resources and assistance.
